Coffee weight : 18 grams | Water of temperature : 90 - 93 degrees C.

Step 1 :

Use some of your hot water to wet your filter and cap

Step 2 :

Assemble your AeroPress. Make sure the entire assembly is dry, since any residual moisture can compromise the device’s seal.

Step 3 :

Start a timer. Pour the ground coffee on the AeroPress.

Step 4 :

Soon, Pour hot water in your AeroPress about 50 ml. After that should wait time 30 seconds. Then pour hot water 50 ml.

Step 5 :

Fasten the cap, ensuring it locks into the grooves tightly. Flip the whole assembly over with haste and control. Position it atop your brew vessel and begin applying downward pressure.
